By clicking on submit button, subscriber authorizes MitconSkills (a division of MITCON Consultancy & Engineering Services Limited) to contact MITCON Skills authorised personnel. It

will override the subscriber's registry on the DNC/DND/NCPR. By providing the subscriber's contact details he/she has expressly authorized an authorised representative from MitconSkills (a division of MITCON Consultancy & Engineering Services Limited) to contact him/her in future through calls /SMS /E-mails and inform the subscriber about our services/courses. He/She can always inform the organization through SMS/email/letter for opting out of the services.

 

14. GOVERNING LAWS AND DISPUTES

This Privacy Policy shall be construed and governed by the laws of India without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Any dispute arising, between you and us shall be Subject to jurisdiction of courts in Pune, India.
